Because files are delivered instantly, refunds apply only when files are corrupted/unreadable or duplicate charges caused by a system error.
How to claim
Contact support within 7 calendar days of payment with your order number and proof of the issue. We will re-send files or refund per gateway policy.
Not eligible
Change of mind, design preference, or successful full download are not automatic refund reasons.
